Please type carefully in the order you wish names to appear from left to right on the decoration. Please refer to the item of your choice sample shown on our products page and add any extra details or notes in the space provided. Complete the form with care, checking the spelling of each name/message to ensure personalisation is correct and you are not disappointed when you receive it. Also, please advise if you want the year to be included. Make sure you check the “confirmation of order” box in order for us to proceed. We will try to accommodate all requests; however, it will not always be possible due to space, we will endeavour to contact you if we have any queries/questions.
Return & Refund Policy
We cannot cancel an order, make changes to personalisation or exchange an item already personalised once your order has been placed and you have checked the box confirming the personalisation indicated by you is correct. However, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from nameme.ie therefore if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase kindly contact us and we will be happy to assist you. If we make a mistake, we will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund once we are advised by email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt, and, the original item has been returned to us, and, received by us, within 5 working day. Your refund will also include your return postage costs. Your refund will be processed within 30 days from email stating we agree to refund you.
Please request and keep a receipt of postage from your post office.
